Caffè Sansone was born from a passion for the art of artisanal roasting and a constant pursuit of quality. Since 2012, we have been selecting the finest coffee beans from all over the world to offer unique blends that tell stories of distant lands and ancient traditions.
The Art of Artisanal Roasting
Every bean that arrives at our roastery is treated with care and respect. Artisanal roasting is at the heart of our philosophy: a slow and careful process that enhances the natural aromas of the coffee without ever burning them.
Unlike industrial roasting, our artisanal method includes:
- Small-batch roasting - Maximum control over temperature and time
- Custom roasting profiles - Each origin has its optimal profile
- Air cooling - To preserve essential oils
- Constant quality control - Every batch is tasted and approved
From Plantation to Cup
We believe in the complete traceability of the supply chain. We work directly with selected producers in Central and South America, Africa, and Asia, choosing only high-altitude coffees grown with sustainable methods. Each bag tells the story of its journey: from the altitude of cultivation, to the processing method, to the tasting notes.
Our Roasting Levels
We offer different roasting intensities to satisfy every palate:
- Light Roast - Enhances fruity and floral notes, lively acidity
- Medium Roast - Perfect balance between sweetness and body
- Dark Roast - Chocolate notes, full body, low acidity
