Metodo Consigliato Recommended for moka pot/espresso
Consiglio del Torrefattore India Plantation A is a coffee that rewards patience. I recommend trying it as a Light Roast in a filter or V60 with water at 90-92°C: that's where the spicy notes of pepper and nutmeg emerge elegantly, without overpowering the underlying caramel. For a moka pot, Medium Roast is the right choice—medium grind, low heat, and don't press the coffee in the filter. The result is a comforting cup with a lingering spicy aftertaste that recalls the markets of Mysore. This is one of those coffees that changes with each sip as it cools: don't rush it.
