Our 100% Arabica Blend represents the excellence of Neapolitan roasting tradition, where manual selection of green coffee meets the art of artisan roasting. Each bean is carefully chosen from the best plantations in Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia, cultivated between 1000 and 1400 meters of altitude.

This blend is born from the harmonious union of three excellent origins:

All coffees are processed using the washed method, which enhances cleanliness in the cup and the definition of aromatic notes.

Separate Artisan Roasting

Our distinctive method involves the separate roasting of each individual origin. This artisan process, longer and more complex than blend roasting, allows the organoleptic properties of each coffee to develop best, respecting ideal times and temperatures.

Medium roasting guarantees the perfect balance between sweetness, body, and acidity, preserving the essential oils and natural aromas of the coffee.

Recommended Preparation Methods

This blend is extremely versatile and adapts to various extraction methods:

  • Espresso: Fine grind, dose 7-8g, extraction 25-30 seconds. Result: dense, hazelnut-colored crema, balanced body.
  • Moka pot: Medium grind, dose 6-7g per cup. Result: round and aromatic coffee, perfect for breakfast.
  • Filter: Medium-coarse grind, 1:15 ratio. Result: clean cup that enhances floral notes.

Metodo Consigliato Perfect for espresso, moka, and filter. Medium-fine grind for espresso, medium for moka. Recommended dose: 7-8g for espresso, 6-7g per moka cup.
Consiglio del Torrefattore To best enhance this blend, I recommend letting it rest for at least 5-7 days from the roasting date before consumption: coffee needs to degas to fully express its aromatic complexity. For espresso, try a water temperature between 91-93°C — the medium roast responds very well to slightly cooler extractions, which preserve the floral notes of Ethiopia without burning the sweetness of Brazil. If using a moka pot, do not press the coffee in the filter and remove the moka pot from the heat as soon as you hear it gurgle: you will get a round and never bitter cup.
